Founder & CEO
Gustavo, based in Barcelona, Spain, is an entrepreneur with an adventurous spirit and the ability to transform visions into reality. His entrepreneurial journey began with the co-founding of Water Capital in Mexico, quickly rising to become Latin America’s premier lessor of wastewater treatment plants. He then co-founded UMA, the first sustainable university in the region. His path continued with S-SAVE in Chile, a pioneer in sustainable technology, and evolved further with Donum Dei Capital in Spain, a venture focused on innovative technology-based financial solutions.
In 2023, Gustavo’s enduring passion for finance and technology led to the creation of CSJ7, an advanced algorithmic trading system. AlgoTrader Pro, the first spin-off from this venture, was designed to democratize and simplify trading.
Beyond his professional life, he’s a devoted family man and passionate adventurer who has thrice conquered challenging rock climbing routes on El Capitan in Yosemite National Park. He also relishes activities like skiing, surfing, sailing, mountain biking, and trail running.
