References to "CSJ9" or "CSJ9 Fund" on this platform refer to a private algorithmic trading operation — a set of proprietary trading accounts managed using quantitative strategies. CSJ9 is not a registered investment fund, regulated collective investment scheme, UCITS, AIF, or publicly offered investment vehicle in any jurisdiction. It does not accept public investment, does not issue fund units, and is not subject to fund regulatory oversight under AIFMD, the US Investment Company Act, or equivalent legislation.

AlgoTraderPro uses a 6-layer data pipeline including on-chain data, exchange order flow, volume profile, technical indicators, social sentiment, and AI synthesis. While we strive for accuracy, we make no warranty — express or implied — as to the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or reliability of any information provided.

AI-generated analysis may contain errors, hallucinations, or misinterpretations of market data. Signals are reviewed by a human analyst before publication, but errors may still occur.

Third-party data sources (including but not limited to LunarCrush, Nansen, Bybit, and TradingView) may experience outages, delays, or inaccuracies that affect our outputs. We accept no liability for third-party data failures.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, our aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total subscription fees paid by you to AlgoTraderPro in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

All TradingView indicators, Pine Script code, signal formats, analytical frameworks, brand assets, and platform content published by AlgoTraderPro are the intellectual property of AlgoTraderPro and its owners. Reproduction, redistribution, reverse-engineering, or resale of any content without prior written consent is prohibited.

Purchase of a TradingView indicator grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use the indicator on your own TradingView account. It does not grant rights to copy, share, or redistribute the indicator or its underlying code.
